He has not been charged with the murder of William Nicholas Abraham.

TikTok star Mr. Prada, who was arrested in connection with the therapist’s death, is under custody in Texas and has more than 8 million social media followers.

He used the profiles @mr.prada458 and @mr.prada456, and created content on TikTok primarily for the Gen Z audience.

His content also included commentaries on school, social media use, and trends, as well as the LGBTQ+ community and dating culture.

Most of the followers on his social media handle belonged to the age group of 18 to 24 years.

According to the police, the accused was driving the car of the man killed in Baton Rouge.

Mr. Prada was arrested in Dallas on Tuesday afternoon after he crashed the car, which belonged to the man who was found dead on Sunday.

Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office, which was handling the case of the killing of Abraham, 69, in a statement said that Abraham was killed by blunt force trauma to the head, neck, and shoulders and as per Sheriff Gerald Sticker, the victim’s death was very physical, very violent.

During the investigation, police recovered security camera footage from a store in the Juban Crossing area.

The footage revealed that the driver of Abraham’s stolen vehicle was seen purchasing items from the store.

Police later attempted to stop the driver, but the driver managed to give the police the slip before crashing the vehicle and then fleeing on foot.

A police officer identified Thomas as the last person seen driving Abraham’s vehicle.

During the investigation, it was revealed that Baton Rouge therapist William Nicholas Abraham was accused of molesting an 11-year-old boy in 2015.

However, as per his lawyer Jarrett Ambeau, the charges were dropped when the child retracted his statement and repeatedly apologized to Abraham over the past few years.

Police are looking into this angle also.

Ambeau said,

“The client from 2015 is 100 percent not Thomas. I have never heard of Thomas, and I have no idea if they ever had any sort of relationship.”

Ambeau also stated that he is upset that the previous charges against Abraham are overshadowing the killing of a gentle and kind man.

He added,

“He did not deserve to die this way.”
